I have been a patient at Handel's for more then 15 years. I trust them, they are professional and do a great job. And when I have an issue (just yesterday), the they take it seriously. They had me in same day - peace of mind. I would highly recommend Handel Vision Clinic.

Dr. Daugherty is always great to work. First time getting glasses here, so doing great. The only complaint I have is I'd rather have your credit card fees already in your cost. Medical, dental and eye care is already expensive as it is 2% makes a difference to many people and most people pay with a credit card.

I had the most personal and thorough experience today at Handel Vision Clinic, in Fairlawn. Dr. Daughtery was very attentive and helpful during the exam. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, but Ethan Y, customer service was incredibly impressive. He went above and beyond to help me select the perfect frames, and even took the time to show and explain why the frames would be a best fit for my lenses and face. THANK YOU, Ethan for your patience and kindness today. You are incredible at your job!

The office staff gave excellent care to my granddaughter, who was anxious and uncertain about getting her eyes examined. They put her to ease, and she now is so full of excitement to be able to see well We thank you Handel Eye care

From the moment that I walked into the door to the moment that I walked out of the door. I was treated very kindly by each and every person that I encountered. I even spent an extended amount of time with Ethan and likely tried on over 50 pairs of glasses. Ethan remained patient with me even though the first glasses that I tried on ended up being the ones that I purchased. I am thankful for the kindness of each staff member. I even noticed that everyone other person being seen by the staff was having the same encounter, that it wasn’t just me. The staff at Handel really care about each customer and providing them with a great overall customer experience.

I struggled to get an accurate prescription for my glasses with another office for YEARS. After one visit with Dr. Handle and the team I was accurately diagnosed and provided the solution. I wish I didn’t struggle for so long with the last provider. My vision hasn’t been this good in a very long time. The knowledge and experience in this office is exceptional.

They were fantastic, Dr. Earley was very attentive to my needs and did a thorough exam. When finshed the girl helped me find the perfect pair of glasses to fit my face. Never felt rushed at all an enjoyable experience!

Going for glasses is usually a happy little thing. But in my case I had to worry about diabetic problems with my eyes. I found to be knowledgeable explaining everything so I could understand and concerned making the best decisions in my case. Everything was less stressful. Knowing my eyes are not going to get much better if any they did the best possible care for me.
